My name’s Landon and I’m a writer from Seattle, now based in Chicago.
I got my start in journalism and cut my teeth in TV news, writing print pieces for magazines and scripts for broadcast. What I ended up with is an eye for story, a reporter-sized pile of questions, and an insatiable appetite for turning big ideas into something real.
Since 2021 I’ve been at Someoddpilot,1 putting one word in front of another for clients like Fjällräven,2 Chaco,3 Smith Optics,4 and more.
Before that, I freelanced for clients like NASA5 and Thriftbooks, and contributed longform journalism to Input Magazine,6 Seattle Met Magazine,7 and the Chicago Tribune.8
